I was responsible for developing and managing award-winning digital customer experiences during a period of significant growth, as Formue expanded from NOK 56 billion to NOK 165 billion in assets under management.
Led the concept, design, and development of a client portal and mobile app, delivering innovative portfolio reports, digital wealth plan, portfolio strategy, and a unique meeting tool that enhanced consistency and efficiency in client interactions.
Implemented Salesforce as a CRM and collaboration platform, streamlining the work of 400 employees across advisory, legal, and administrative roles.
Elevated Formue from 6th to 1st place in digital solutions (Prospera), securing a leading position in customer experience, sustainability, and reporting, while earning international recognition and awards.
